All orders placed Monday-Friday (with the exception of online exclusives which are subject to their own terms- see below) typically ship out within 24-48 hours. Please allow a little extra time for orders placed during the weekend or on holidays.
Please note that due to our warehouse being separate from our Brick + Mortar location, orders with multiple items might ship in separate packages. We will always do our best to consolidate as needed and will update with all necessary tracking number(s)

As always, we process orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 72 hours (not including weekends/holidays) for your order to be ready. If your order contains 'Online Exclusives' please allow 5-7 days for your order to be ready.
You will receive a notification via text or email once your order is ready for delivery or is ready to pick up.
