Please note that orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.

We can only accept one coupon code per order. 

Items bought at 30% off or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING 

All orders placed Monday-Friday (with the exception of online exclusives which are subject to their own terms- see below) typically ship out within 24-48 hours. Please allow a little extra time for orders placed during the weekend or on holidays.

Please note that due to our warehouse being separate from our Brick + Mortar location, orders with multiple items might ship in separate packages. We will always do our best to consolidate as needed and will update with all necessary tracking number(s) 

If you're local... We also offer In-Store Pickup + Local Delivery!

As always, we process orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 72 hours (not including weekends/holidays) for your order to be ready. You will receive a notification via text or email once your order is ready for delivery or is ready to pick up.

You can now shop cute, trendy, handpicked styles right from our 'Online Exclusives' Collection on our website...AND The absolute best part? Each style is available in sizes XS through 3XL!

FOR OUR LOCAL LADIES : Please note that these exclusive items will not be available in store, BUT will still be available for local delivery + in-store pick up! Please allow up to 5-7 days for your order to be ready! 

ONLINE EXCLUSIVES SHIPPING : Due to these specific items shipping from a warehouse that is separate from our B+M, please allow up to 5-7 days for orders to be delivered and/or ready for pick up/local delivery.

If you choose standard shipping at checkout, please note that most orders process + update with tracking within 24-72 hours. We will of course get it in the mail as quick as possible, but once it's in the hands of UPS or USPS, it's out of our control....transit times vary depending on location. It's best to plan for a little extra time on these items. 

 

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES

Subscription box items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

First Time to order a box? Initital subsciption orders can be placed between the 1st-20th each month for the following month. 

For example, if you want to get in on the April Box, place your order between March 1st and 20th. 

For existing subscribers, Payments for monthly subscription boxes are automatically processed on the 20th of each month.

***ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PROCESSED. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, PLEASE BE SURE TO CANCEL BEFORE THE 20TH OF THE MONTH***

Boxes will ship on the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a Holiday or weekend, it will ship on the next business day. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for transit time. 

PLEASE NOTE : The retail value of each box will be $100+, but the physical number of items in box may vary month to month.
