 Return Policy

Clean, un-worn, and un-altered merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must still have their original tags attached. The items must also be free of any make-up, deodorant, perfume, animal hair, or other stains/odors. 

Clearance items are FINAL SALE as well as items that have been marked at 30% off or more from original retail value. This includes items purchased with discount codes and special offers. Please do not send back clearance or sale items as your return will be rejected. 

Return Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Once Merchandise is received and inspected, a refund for the product(s) will be given in the form of store credit only. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.  

Errors & Manufacturer Defects

We will pay for return shipping on order errors due to our mistake or defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect please promptly submit pictures of the defect to: hithere@shopfrillsboutique.com within 48 hours of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the item we will exchange it for another of the same (if available) with our sincerest apologies. All original tags must be attached or the return will be rejected, along with any reports of defects after the 48 hour time frame. Items cannot be submitted as defective after wear or once tags have been removed.
